This was a birthday cake for a friend. It was for her mom's 50th birthday, and she's from Ireland. She wanted Celtic symbols and a castle. Not too shabby for my first castle. She said it was so yummy. Chocolate chip cake w/ vanilla buttercream frosting covered in marshmellow fondant.

Irish Castle Cake
